THEATERS IN 1925

 

Along with the Vaudevillians in town   most of them stayed at the  VENDOME HOTEL on S Adams we had 14 movie theaters…The vaudevillians LOVED Peoria and we welcomed them…we also built  a second hotel where they stayed. They found extra money entertaining in our Soft Drink Parlors and some gambling hot spots.
